This is a rebrand of CBS' portfolio of TV channels across EMEA. The strange machine in a large room is connected to all colors of the rainbow, making a splatter-image on a spinning canvas like we used to do at amusement parks as kids. The different colors represent a different channel or genre, showing CBS to be a kaleidoscope of entertainment. Nice ident idea.
