GACH "Dead Air" (2015) 2:00 (Germany)

Here's a riveting but very heavy campaign for the Bundesverband Kinderhospiz (German Association of Children’s Hospices.) They set up a 24-hour hotline where kids with terminal illnesses and families can call to get answers to heavy questions. To get the word out, they had a nine year old call in Germany's most popular talk show and ask the question "Why is God allowing me to be so ill and letting me die." At which point there was dead air. Silence, for a beat. Before the main message came through: "When others fall silent, we are hear with answers. 24 hours a day. The Children's Hospice helpline," followed by the number.
