"ph/law pitch infront of TomTom office." is all the info that I got with this mystery submission. They're attaching "for rent" signs (te huur is for rent in Dutch) on highway signs and then airing this ad on the giant TV Screen at the Rembrandtplein in Amsterdam which just happens to be where TomTom "the smart choice in personal navigation" has their offices.
