Mother, London, and 17 have launched what can be called the worlds first Tumblr video at 17blowoutmascara.co.uk. Because yes, they claim that's a tumblr site, despite the flash and javascript and non-tumblr URL, and it sorta works like a video with the looped animated gifs (and embedded youtube? wtf?), while being "Tumblr-esque (read, animated gifs) in a way..... If you want to skip the hype and just watch the video, click the play button above. It's funny to me how all those fashion details and things that signalled "mainstream bore" back when I was a kid in the 80s are now the height of cool (?) in new videos. Also, get off my lawn, I just mowed it.
