Farmers Insurance - University of Farmers / Critters - (2011)

One of the new 30-second spots, "Critters," is directed by Academy Award®-nominated husband-and-wife team of Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris, who directed several previous spots for the campaign. In the spot, Professor Burke and America's finest agents demonstrate their road-kill expertise. Remarkably, the spot is completely live action, with a real deer, caribou, turtle, porcupine and other creatures appearing alongside the cast. "We actually had all of those animals in the room at the same time. Humor-wise, that's much more interesting than animatronics or CG," said Hamling.

Simmons as Professor Nathaniel Burke. These spots, which add to a catalog released since last September, continue promoting Farmers Insurance by playfully highlighting the expert advice that its knowledgeable agents dispense after receiving in-depth training at the actual University of Farmers in Agoura Hills, Calif.

Kristdemokraterna - A more humane Society - valfilm 2010

This is Kristdemokraternas (The Christian Democrats, who align with Centern, Folkpartiet and Moderaterna in the conservative alliance) election film. It has lots of wild animals in it, just like their poster campaign, and is oddly reminiscent of the Social Democrats 1985 film directed by Roy Anderson with its anti-egotism message. In both films you'll see someone who has fallen 'and can't get up' because crowds of people are trampling around them without helping them.

Djurens Rätt / Animal Rights - Because I'm worth it - (2002) :30 (Sweden)

"For Djurens Rätt we ripped off those classic L'Oreal commercials. We had a model talking about how many animals were being used in cosmetic tests, and how her skin was important to her, and we even used the L'Oreal slogan, 'Because I'm Worth It,'" says Sjöden.

How did they get away with this? Easy, non-profit organizations can't get sued, so this ad went up in cinemas across Sweden for a limited but much talked about run.
