"Imagine.. It's the middle of the night. You're sleeping. Your best friend calls for help...."
And so it begins, the stunt set to take over after the Biker cinema stunt, and hoping to spread. In this scenario, a friend is called to a poker game to help their friend get out "Bring 300€ or they won't let me go". The game is played in a seedy part of town, the heroic friend is greeted by beefy guards, then directed to walk past people boxing, hookers fighting, have to share an elevator with a creepy old chinese men eating mystery-food... and finally they reach the room where the game was played.
Mikaela Mayer has a pretty face, so pretty in fact that people paid her to photograph it. Now she enters the ring regularly to have it rearranged, as she's turned boxing-pro.
Yep, she's one of a kind and therefore fits perfecty in the celeb-free Dr Pepper campaign /1 where drinkers are "Always One of a Kind".
Directed by Greg Gray of Velocity Films, for Amstel Lager, we find a story about a legend who took his time. Remember now, if at first you don't succeed, then try try again. Also, all good things come to those who wait. Wait, I think I just talked myself into a Guinness ad.
Nevermind all that then. This boxer wants to give up, but his community won't let him.
The old adage "Time well spent " rings true in the brand-new spot for Amstel Lager and OwenKessel, directed by Velocity's Greg Gray. Gray and his team went into painstaking detail to craft an epic ad that flows between the past and present, providing a nostalgic slice of life in 1980s South Africa. The final product is an uplifting tale of strength and perseverance, beautifully told.
Mighty Director Phil Brown recently completed a five-spot campaign for First National Bank, emphasizing the company's Omaha roots and regional pride. Shot in a natural, homespun style, the spots offer a panoramic view of all things Omaha, emphasizing the extent to which the bank has enmeshed itself into the community.
Kevin Ward of bi-coastal Original has directed a new, action-driven campaign for CASIO in which extreme athletes test the ultimate toughness of the company’s new G'zOne Commando™ wireless phone. Conceived by The Richards Group, the campaign comprises six spots and features elite athletes from surfing, BMX racing, adventure running and other sports.
In one spot, a boxer pounds a phone strapped to a heavy bag. It survives. In another, three phones are strapped to the hood and undercarriage of a rally car that then proceeds to roar through a rugged, dirt course. The phones continue to work flawlessly. The spots end with the tagline, "Shock resistant…water resistant…life resistant."
