Subaru - Dog Tested, Dog Approved - (2012) :30 (USA)
Drive Thru, a full-service production and digital post production house, recently partnered with ad agency Carmichael Lynch and production company harvest to deliver four clever new Subaru spots that conceptualize outdoor activities dogs might enjoy if they owned a Subaru, in addition to a “behind-the-scenes” video directed by “Ziggy” the dog. All four spots, directed by the Hoffman Brothers, mark Drive Thru’s third consecutive year contributing post production to Subaru’s ongoing “Dog Tested. Dog Approved.” campaign and aired during Animal Planet’s Puppy Bowl VIII on Super Bowl Sunday.
Coleman "Not All of It" :30 USA
STORY's Blair Hayes has directed a new spot for The Coleman Company and Doner Advertising that evokes memories of camping through "vintage" footage of people having fun in the great outdoors.
Introducing Coleman’s new Instant Tent, the spot, titled Not All Of It, builds on a series of earlier ads that were composed from home movies and old photographs submitted by campers. The new ad uses some of the same footage, but mixes in new footage, shot by Hayes, and cleverly designed to look like decades old Super 8 material. The new footage shows people setting up the Instant Tent and carousing around a campsite.
Golden Grahams - Oh those Golden Grahams - (1977) :30 (USA)
I don't know if it was the silouette of Grahams pouring into a bowl with the sun behind it, or the annoyingly catchy jingle - all I know is that I begged mom for this stuff and only got it on special occasions because it was chock-full of sugar. My favorite cereal by far when I was a kid.
Sanka - We're the third largest coffee in America - (29173) :30 (USA)
"We're the third largest coffee in America, we got there by tasting great" being the third best seller might not seem like a bragging point, but Sanka is decaf, and competing with caffeinated coffees.
