Georgia Natural Gas - Savings to live your life - (2012) :30 (USA)
The new “Savings to Live Your Life” campaign launch also marks the debut of ASO’s new creative direction for the natural-gas provider that highlights how GNG’s simple plans and simple savings allow customers to spend time doing what they enjoy most – living. The broadcast and online ads’ soundtrack is the 1989 hit song “Bust A Move” by Young MC.
“We’ve worked closely with Georgia Natural Gas to create this campaign,” said Patrick Scullin, creative director of Ames Scullin O’Haire. “The work was informed by research that showed people did not want to spend a lot of time thinking about natural gas. They are looking for a trustworthy provider with easy savings. Our message is simple–– because you want to live your life, GNG makes saving on dependable service easy.”
Heineken - the Date - (2011) :90
Heineken are upping "the entrance", this time with a date that is inspired by Goodfellas and a wild party in Chinatown. Guillaume Dolmans plays the perfect date who brings his lady through the restaurant kitchen, bumps into a magician, has a shadow-fight with a chinese dragon and then invents new dance-moves. The best part of this ad is how the "making of" clip keeps up the idea that Guillaume Dolmans is all kinds of awesome. Oh, and it's all based on scenes from w+k ECD Eric Quennoy's life. True story.

He fails using such advanced utensils, and our lady expertly feeds him from her plate. The viewer will not fail to notice a few things, she is older than him, and not unattractive by any means but the young man is a ten. Orbit - The Prom Date - (2010) 5:17 (USA)
Is this a five minute skit with product placement or a really long unfunny commercial?
Jason Bateman and Will Arnett play dad and prom-date from hell/teacher respectively. It starts out lukewarm and recognisable, the parents fuss as the "just legal" daughter is getting ready for her senior prom. Enter the date from hell, who is also her social studies teacher. Along comes Orbit and cleans things up. Orbit might be able to clean the dirtiest of mouths, but I'm pretty sure this won't be cleaning up at the awards.

V8 / V-fusion - Broken Romance - (2009) :30 (USA)
Absolute's Head of CG/Maya Artist Minh Nguyen-Ba and his team countdown to these spots for Y&R, NY and V8.
If you don't like the taste of vegetables, it's tough to reach the recommended five servings a day. In this series of inventive spots, Nguyen-Ba and his team create number counters that hover above people's heads indicating how many servings of vegetables they've had. V8 has two ways to boost that number. Classic V8 offers three full servings of vegetables in one 12oz bottle, while V-Fusion, a tasty blend of fruit and vegetable juice offers one serving each of veggies and fruit.
By creating comedic scenarios and stylized vignettes, Director Paul Gay of Hungry Man illustrates how V8 and V-Fusion can be helpful in a number of different ways.
