In China the term "Little Brother" is a commonly used euphemism for penis. This ad for Lynx has some fun with that term.

Science - It's a girl thing - (2012)

The European Commission decided to try and attract more ladies to science, by equating them with pretty models doing a cat-walk thing near lab-coated men? Yeah, it makes no sense at all.

Tui Blond - Vortex / Bikini scientist - (2011) :30 (New Zealand)

Yeah, I have a question. Is that "vortex" neck as stupid as this ad is? "Fully release the lager taste", you're just agitating the beer by a faster pour into a glass (which by the way, nobody uses), aren't you? Or is it to help chug beer faster? My bet is that this novelty bottle will vanish just like the "ice" beers of the 90s did before it.

Club Orange - The Best bits in the world - (2011)

They're saying bits. Not tits. Honestly. Careful now so you don't squeeze the wrong thing.

Toshiba - Turbo Talker - (2010) 2:00 (USA)

Directed by the Docter Twins, of Mortar Inc., the films go behind-the-scenes of Toshiba’s “Laptop Expert Lab”, a wacky, fictional environment where computer scientists test the Toshiba laptop’s clever features. In this one, the poor students are expected to repeat everything the turbo-talking professor says.

If this lady and the fast talking man had babies, I bet they'd break the soundbarrier when talking.

Toshiba - Multi-Tasking - (2010) - (USA)

In multi-tasking the students reactions are genuine - as dancers boogie around them and rock-musicians do their riffs they try and take a test in less than five minutes.

Sequestered until the very last moment, the students had no idea what was about to happen to them. That meant the Docter Twins had only one chance to capture the perfect take. They even went as far as to individually escort the students into and out of the lab through separate doors, so as to not have them see other students and blow the surprise. Multiple cameras and extensive rehearsals with the crew made for an authenticity that is palpable on screen.

Toshiba: 8-bit Gary (2010) 2:00 (USA)

Docter Twins filmed at the Mann Biomedical Park, a former Lockheed Martin aerospace research facility used to test jet engines. Grounding the outlandish experiments in a real, authentic environment was a clear directive from the directors. This attention to subtle, physical detail noticeably permeates through every aspect of the project, including production design, casting, and ultimately performance.

All you really want to know is though: what the heck is that 8-bit suit made of? It's fantastic! It's 3000 hand-cut pieces of foam. Must have taken ages. Trivia, the suit is not worn by Gary.

Toshiba - About The Lab - (2010) 1:13 (USA)

This is the film that starts the web series at Toshiba Expert Lab, directed by the DOCTER TWINS for Y&R.
