Taco Bell "Silver Dollar" (2013) :30 (U.S.A.)
No silver dollar is safe from Taco Bell's dollar cravings menu. Not even an heirloom.
Swiss Tourism "Small Country, much to discover" (2013) 1:45 (Switzerland)
If this doesn't make you want to visit Switzerland, I don't know what will.
Johnson and Johnson "For all you love" (2013) 1:00 (U.S.A.)
Yes folks, it's time for another pitch rip spot from Chiat Day. Another freaking manifesto. Only this time it's about love. With a lullaby version of "Sweet Child O' mine."
And a bunch of black and white photographs. And no-brainer sentiment about love that belongs on a Hallmark card from twenty years ago: "Love is family." "Love is the reason you care." "For all the things in your life that make life worth living." My god. No wonder the woman's VO sounds so sleepy.
Viva "Pizza," (2013) :30 (U.S.A.)
Mike Rowe's are really in to paper towels. Apparently there are people daring them to "break the rules," by using Viva paper towels in some unusual way. Apparently when it comes to paper towels, dipping them in water to clean something is considered rule breaking.
Viva "Oven" (2013) :30 (U.S.A.)
Viva and Mike Rowe says break the rules to your paper towels usage. And go ahead and clean the oven. There's a fine line between "laid back," and disinterested. Mike Rowe is walkin' that line here.
Taco Bell Super Bowl Spot: “Viva Young” 1:00 (USA)
The follow up to the Taco Bell teaser “Grandpa Goes Wild,” is the actual big spot "Viva Young." Via Deutsch.
Or: What happens when a bunch of wacky old people leave their old folks home for a night on the town that includes dancing, getting a tattoo, presumably getting wasted, and ending up at Taco Bell. It’s like an 80’s teen comedy, but with people who are 80.
This will air toward the end of the second quarter but now you’ve seen it.
Pornhub's Rejected Super Bowl Commercial - 2013 (SFW)
Pornhub claims that this is their "rejected" super bowl commercial*. Which of course simply means that they posted this to various video sharing sites and then told 4chan, Reddit & all their fans, not that they actually ever attempted to buy air time for this. Just like PETA's "banned / rejected" Veggie Love ad of super bowl 2009 the rejection here is just a magic phrase that "makes ad go viral". It's like Beetlejuice, say it three times and it'll happen. Banned super bowl ad, banned super bowl ad, banned super bowl ad. See?
Breville: How do you Brew? :30 (U.S.A.)
Digital Forward agency Struck and Blitzmedia make this spot for Breville's Youbrew coffeemaker. Apparently it's the very first coffee maker than can brew fresh ground beans into a single serving cup carafe or mug, based in your own personal flavor and strength profile.
On a side note, Kidsleepy worked eons ago in a coffeehouse (not Starbucks) and I can only assume they have a spectrum of different beans, or they are 'cheating' based on how long they brew and the desired grind. Because the spectrum is determined by how long the beans are roasted. So unless they include all bean types, this is dubious.
