Target - The Everyday Collection - Ravenous (2013) :30 (USA)

Target uses a combo of high-fashion flurry and a bit of wit to alert people to the fact that SuperTargets offer a full range of groceries. Here the lady tearing apart various food packaging in stylish slow-mo reminds me a tad of some 80s executions, and I mean that in the good way. She's eating for two, and baby gets a whole package of Oreos as soon as mom-to-be learns not to spill them all over the floor.

Samsung - Cravings - (2011) :30 (US)

The VIA Agency created this spot for Samsung to highlight the wifi-enabled touchscreen available on the Samsung four-door fridge.

Mercedes-Benz - Decisions - (2011) 45 (UK)

The classic scenario of pregnant lady en-route to hospital, and the car breaks down. But help is at hand, a car stops to give them a ride and it's none other than Nico Rosberg driving. Another one stops, look, it's Michael Schumacher! Decision time.....

The choice is obvious, Nico Rosberg is cuter! Mom-to-be rides with him and dad gets to ride with Michael Schumacher. Maybe not.
The "pregnant & broken down" car scenario might be old, but this is a clever way of having the race-car drivers in the ad, while leaving the acting to the pro's. Not all celebrity sports people can act.
