Danske Bank - A new normal demands New Standards - (2012)

Lesbians kissing. A legless man sprinting on hi-tech prostheses, likely nod to Oscar Pictorius. A lookalike to Licia Ronzulli and her baby girl Vittoria in European Parliament plenary sessions. Factory workers, thousands of them, dressed in pink. A rock thrown at the police. An iceberg melting. A closeup of an occupy protestor with money taped on his mouth. Wind power. A family watching all of this on TV. And none of them decided to throw a rock at it for airing the most hypocritical ad of 2012. Amazing.

Saturn - Sportsbar / Riot - (2012) :90 (Germany)

In this 90 second spot from Scholz & Friends, directed by Martin Werner, a night watching the game at the pub turns into a full fledged riot when the pubs old TV caves. There's slow-motion shots of billiard balls knocking drivers out, tipped over cars exploding, and even a ghetto-bird dropping swat teams onto the scene. Well that escalated quickly....

Lady Gaga - Alejandro - (2010) 8:44

Lady Gaga and Stephen Klein got together to make a nine minute event video, which plays a bit like pop-culture bingo. It's as if they dropped a bit of 90s Madonna, The movie Cabaret, Marlene Dietrich, Baccara's boogie moves, various bits of latex, crucifixes, barb wire, rough 'sex' scenes, lace and glittery hearts into a blender, mashed it together and topped it off with the worst worst pudding-bowl haircuts ever. Resulting in a cold tall glass of booooooring. Prince Valiant called by the way, he wants his hair back.

BBC - Riot - (2010) 1:16

Adam Lambert - “Time for Miracles” 2012 soundtrack - (2009) 4:20 (USA)

Very nice with the cuts between the film 2012 and the scenes shot for this music video alone (even though I could not help but giggle a little at the pained love song sung to a backdrop of the destruction of the world, but that's just me.)

The latest music video from creative ideas and solutions studio SOLID is set against the backdrop of a cataclysmic event. However, as directed by Wayne Isham and edited by SOLID’s Richard Cooperman, “Time for Miracles” is a testament to artistic collaboration and raw star power.
