The Google Alarm Firefox addon will visually and audibly alert you to when your personal information is being sent to Google servers, which is practically all the time. If you weren't paranoid before this, you will be after using it for ten minutes. Heck, even I've gotten dressed and stopped picking my nose in front of the iSight.
