SÍBS – What would you say to your younger self? (2020) :60 (Iceland)

SÍBS is a non-profit organisation with the aim of improving the health and well-being of Icelanders through rehabilitation, prevention, positive intervention, education and awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

To get this message out to the Icelandic, ad agency HN Markaðssamskipti worked with director Rúnar Ingi Einarsson and actor Þröstur Leó to create this piece. 

Þröstur Leó is not only an actor, he's also been a fisherman in Iceland. He's been in various films and TV-shows, taking time off from the industry to be a fisherman. He was in a horrible accident at sea some years ago and returned to acting completely after that.

Here he sits in a room and tells us about moments in life, how fleeting they are, how we all should take the time to be present in the presence. And as he tells of the feining moment in his life, the birth of his son, he gradually grows younger until he's back in that moment. 

A poignant reminder for us all to slow down. SÍBS has been a client at HN Markaðssamskipti for thirty years, in fact it was the agencies first one.
