We got 15 seconds of weasel words here, as espoused by a guy in a tux. What is he, the milk tray man for detergent? "A leading consumer testing publication recently tested Persil against the nation's top laundry detergents..." he says, and I can't be the only one who notices that they're not citing which publication it is.

Adland® is a commercial-laden heaven and hell for advertising addicts around the world.
This advertising publication was founded in 1996, built on beer and bravery, Adland® now boasts the largest super bowl commercials collection in the world.
Adland® survives on your donations alone. You can help us out by buying us a Ko-Fi. Adland® works best in Brave browser
The publication is CONSUMER REPORTS (is there another?) and for some reason they don't allow to be quoted. Nothing that could not have been googled in a lot less time than this post took.

PermalinkThey have no choice and others use that phrasing too when they want to say CR but can't due to their weird policy. I wonder why that is, it would help consumers to know where to look this up and what it means.
