Musical hamsters with jazzy flair front the official band for Drench spring water, and idea hatched by CHI and poised for viral spread. They even advertised for the hamsters to come and audition with tongue-in-cheek classified adverts in rags like The Sun and even The Stage, the leading paper for performing arts talent. It seemed everyone was talking about the hamster auditions.
Soon applications rolled in to cleverhamsters.com and the footage they got was enough to create oodles of outtakes, see Drench Hamster search and staydrenched.co.uk.
Finally, the official hamster band and the end ad aired December 5, during an ad break of ‘The Planet’s Funniest Animals’. Well played CHI and partners.
