They still do, as evidenced by this spot using a digitally remastered version of the classic spot, also had some remixed videos to go with it and then on top of it, created this video featuring fans and pro athletes including Cam Newton, Bryce Harper, Serena Williams and Usain Bolt. I.E., Gatorade endorsed athletes. Everyone strives to be like mike.
