Marc Newson has been commissioned by Georg Jensen to create a tea service in silver consisting of 5 pieces, a teapot, coffee pot, creamer, sugar bowl, and tray. The tea service takes more than three months of hand hammering in the company’s silversmith in Copenhagen. Like steeping a good cup of tea, these things take time. Just like it'll take for me to fill the Georg Jensen MONEYPHANT before I can afford this teaset.
