The trailer for the upcoming movie Twisters was released during Super Bowl LVIII. It features Glen Powell, Daisy Edgar-Jones, and Anthony Ramos facing dangerous weather conditions.
The film is directed by Lee Isaac Chung and is set to be released on July 19 by Universal Pictures. It is a sequel to the 1996 movie Twister, which starred Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton as two storm chasers.
In the new movie, the characters are trying to develop a new weather alert system while facing extreme weather conditions. The cast includes Kiernan Shipka, David Corenswet, Sasha Lane, Maura Tierney, Katy O’Brian, Brandon Perea, Daryl McCormack, Harry Hadden-Paton, Nik Dodani, and Tunde Adebimpe.
