John Cena is, for whatever reason, suddenly Jimmy Fallon's personal trainer. It doesn't go that well at the start, but John soon fixes this by making working out fun. Cameos by Usain Bolt and Jimmy Fallon's house band The Roots add to the hilarity as it all gets a bit silly.
